Good Morning Friends
I have been asked " how do I make time workout."
Well, it's hard. But I just carve out time. I plan each week when and where I will be able to workout.
Some days it's when my baby is napping.
Some days it's when my husband gets home from work and I head to the garage or go for a run.
Some days it's when all the kids are in bed.
And one day a week my husband comes home for lunch so I can go do crossfit. (This just started this week, we shall see how that goes) BUT it was so nice getting out in the middle of the day!
But the key here is OBEDIENCE.
Being obedient to your workout schedule opens doors up to freedom in a way. You just show up knowing this is what you NEED to do.
If you are a parent you know this whole idea of kids obeying their parents, or not so much...like some days here. It's a battle sometimes. But the kids KNOW they NEED to do this and when they don't it's a hot mess express here. Just like our health and fitness, if we aren't obedient with our workouts....well....hot mess express.
